Mr. Giddins is the founding member of the firm. After five years as an Assistant District Attorney with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, he founded the firm in 1988. Paul represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions throughout New York City and its suburbs, and also lectures on real estate issues to real estate brokers and other real estate professionals. Mr. Giddins is a lifetime resident of the New York City area and is a graduate of Trinity College and The Washington College of Law at American University.

Mr. Nachman, born, raised and educated in New York City, is an attorney with more than 35 years of legal experience. He represents individuals in the purchase and sale of residential properties in New York City and Long Island. He also represents commercial clients in the purchase and sale of double and triple net investment properties, small shopping centers and development sites. He regularly works with clients on structuring and financing such acquisitions, and refinancing properties through commercial mortgage backed security loans, construction loans or conventional mortgage loans. Steven also represents clients in negotiating company operating, partnership and joint venture agreements with operating partners or outside investors. Mr. Nachman is a graduate of New York University and Columbia Law School and is a member of the Bars of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Claman joined the firm in 1996. Scott has been a practicing real estate attorney for over 35 years representing both individuals and major real estate developers in all aspects of the purchase, sale and leasing of residential and commercial property throughout the New York City area. Mr. Claman has lectured on real estate title transfer and closing issues, and participated as a panelist in a variety of panel discussions and tutorials on real estate closing matters for The New York State Bar Association, The Bar Association of the City of New York and The Real Estate Board of New York and has lectured at major residential brokerage firms in New York City on many facets of the real estate closing process. Mr. Claman has been quoted by New York One, New York Magazine, The New York Times, The Real Deal and The New York Observer on real estate matters. Mr. Claman, a lifelong resident of the New York area, is an honors graduate of Trinity College and of The Benjamin Cardozo School of Law where he received The Order of Barristers.
